Jonathan’s path has been anything but easy - and that’s exactly what makes it work. After being released from Cambridge United as a young footballer, he threw himself into the world of business at just 18, becoming the first Premier Education franchisee. He built a team of 50, worked with over 10,000 children weekly, and mentored more than 85 business owners in tackling the hard realities of entrepreneurship.
His business journey includes building a fully hands-off property portfolio and founding one of Lincolnshire’s leading letting agencies, which he successfully grew and sold.
Now, through Alchemy Hub, he cuts through the noise to help business owners grow their businesses and avoid the mistakes he’s made along the way. Jonathan’s approach is straightforward, no fluff, and is always focused on real results.

Ian is a strategic business development pro with over two decades of senior Sales and Marketing leadership in the Hotel, Leisure, and Travel industries. He’s worked with corporate heavyweights and independent ventures, consistently boosting revenue, building high-performance teams, and forging relationships that last. Driven by data and guided by intuition, Ian delivers real efficiency in sales and revenue generation.
